Chef de cuisine at Horace, Léandre is passionate about generous recipes that warm hearts and awaken taste buds. Originally from Caen, he began his apprenticeship in the kitchens of P'tit B before perfecting his art in various Parisian palaces, such as “La Réserve”. On his return to Normandy, he set up shop at Horace to delight you every day.
As managers of the Horace restaurant, they excel in the art of welcoming their guests. With many years' experience in the hotel and restaurant business, they moved to Caen's Vaugueux district in 2013 to take over the “Le P'tit B” restaurant and carry on the tradition of this Caen institution. Now called Horace, the establishment reinvents itself to offer a renewed and unique culinary experience.
