Chef de cuisine at Horace, Léandre is passionate about generous recipes that warm hearts and awaken taste buds.
Originally from Caen, he began his apprenticeship in the kitchens of P'tit B before perfecting his art in various Parisian palaces, such as “La Réserve”. On his return to Normandy, he set up shop at Horace to delight you every day.
