At 28, Matisse returns to his Caen roots after a journey rich in experience. Trained at Lycée François Rabelais, he began his career with us, at P’tit B, before honing his skills in Paris as sous-chef in both a brasserie and a semi-gastronomic restaurant. After the Tata Bánh adventure and its Asian inspirations, he now joins Horace to take on a new challenge with passion and generosity.
As managers of the Horace restaurant, they excel in the art of welcoming their guests. With many years' experience in the hotel and restaurant business, they moved to Caen's Vaugueux district in 2013 to take over the “Le P'tit B” restaurant and carry on the tradition of this Caen institution. Now called Horace, the establishment reinvents itself to offer a renewed and unique culinary experience.
